Market Update – 9 Home Sales in El Segundo in June 2022

June was a bit of a disappointment for real estate in El Segundo compared with an amazing May.  June saw only 9 closed home sales compared with an extremely impressive 20 homes closing escrow in May and 15 in April.

The price were big, however with the median “list” price at $1,999,000 and the average sold price for El Segundo homes that closed at $1,900,000.

The median price per foot for sold homes was $1,222. Homes averaged an astounding 5 days on market before going into pending status. See how that compares with other months on our El Segundo real estate trends and statistics page.
