June was a bit of a disappointment for real estate in El Segundo compared with an amazing May. June saw only 9 closed home sales
compared with an extremely impressive 20 homes closing escrow in May and 15 in April.
The price were big, however with the median “list” price at $1,999,000 and the average sold price for El Segundo homes that closed at $1,900,000.
