Fusion is a small gated community adjacent to Manhattan Beach that sits just east of Aviation. People often think this is part of El Segundo, but Fusion and nearby Three Sixty are actually located in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne.
The homes were built from 2005-2007 by Centex homes. Originally homes were purchased through a sales office but that has long since closed and now homes are each individually owned and sold by various realtors. The community is technically located in the neighborhood of Hawthorne known as Hollyglen. It is a unique area due to it’s location just east of Manhattan and El Segundo and offers it’s own award winning school system knows as Wiseburn. While it sits just east of Manhattan Beach, prices are dramatically different. The community features 2 and 3 bedroom townhome style condominiums and the community features some nice open space areas as well as pool and spa.
Fusion is a fantastic alternative for buyers looking in El Segundo. Due simply to the zip code, Fusion offers much newer, nicer and larger home options for a much lower price.
