Real Estate Recap – El Segundo Market Update for January 2021
Welcome to the real estate recap for the first month of 2021 in El Segundo. It was a great month in terms of home prices but a bit slower in terms of home sales. Real estate in El Segundo saw 12 homes selling in January. That’s a bit of a dip from previous months but certainly not unusual for January as December is always slow with fewer homes going into escrow due to the holidays. The number of homes might have been a bit down but prices were very impressive once again with a median home price of $1,522,000 for homes that sold in El Segundo during January.
