7 El Segundo Homes Sell in March – Average at $1,412,857

El Segundo Real Estate Market Recap for March 2026El Segundo homes for sale

For the second month in a row the El Segundo real estate market recorded 7 home sales which makes for another impressive month.

The average home price was down quite a bit but that’s not unusual for El Segundo and doesn’t indicate a trend.

The average sold price was $1,412,857 which was a big drop from $2,051,694 in February and  $1,825,800 in January.

Homes that sold averaged 36 days on market before going into pending status but the median average was a brief 23 days.

The average price per foot was $939 which was way up from February.

7 Homes Sell in February at an $2,051,694 average home price

After the usual slower month in January the real estate market picked back up a bit with 7 sold homes, compared with only 4 closed escrows in January, 7 in December and 8 in November.

The average “asking” price was $2,049,571 with the average sold price for the homes that sold in El Segundo at $2,051,694 which was a nice jump from $1,825,800 in January but slightly lower than $2,090,015 in December.

Homes that sold averaged 45 days on market before going into pending status but the median average was a very brief 12 days.

The average price per foot was $912 which was way up from January.

El Segundo Home Sales and Home Prices in August 2025

Welcome to the August Real Estate Market Report for El Segundo CALuxury homes in El Segundo

The real estate market in El Segundo was solid with prices up from the prior month, but home sales down.

August 2025 saw 6 homes sell in El Segundo, which was a slight drop from 7 homes that closed escrow in July.

The average asking price was $1,704,833 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,649,583  which was a big jump from the unusually low $1,296,643 average in July.  The fact that homes sold well below list price, on average, definitely indicates a cooling market.

El Segundo homes averaged 42 days on market before going into escrow with an average price of $965 per square foot.
