Curious to know the home values in El Segundo CA.  Read our real estate blog to see what prices do each month in this coastal community in the South Bay.

September’s highest price of the month in El Segundo was $2,851,000.  This was a beautiful Mediterranean style single family residence built in 2005 and offering 5 bedrooms and 4 baths with a spacious floorplan with over 3,800 square feet on two levels .  The home was located directly across from Center Street School so given the somewhat challenging location this is a very impressive number.  The home offered a nice sized 6,500+ foot lot with a saltwater pool and spa but not much of a yard.  Take a look below!

Welcome to the real estate recap for El Segundo in September.  It was another very good month in this Southern California coastal city.  There were 16 home sales which was down a bit from the 20 a year earlier.  The median home price was $1,546,000 which was considerably higher than the median sold price of $1,247,000 in September 2020.  Homes averaged only 15 days on the market before going into escrow.  See how this compares with other months on our El Segundo real estate trends page.

Welcome to the month that was for home sales in the city of El Segundo.  August 2021 was another good month in the real estate market for both home prices and the number of homes that sold.   There were 13 on market home sales. The average list price was $1,314,031 with the average sales price of $1,330,531. Homes averaged 21 days on market before going into escrow. Take a look at the the home sales numbers in El Segundo for the month of March 2021 compared with March a year earlier.  Inventory was definitely down with only 8 active listings but sales were  definitely up with 14 closed home sales in El Segundo in March.  The median sales price was $1,342,000.
