December Home Sales in El Segundo CA

Welcome to the real estate recap for home sales and prices in the wonderful city of El Segundo California.  This past month was fairly typical for December with only 5 condo, townhomes, and homes that sold during December 2022.

The average “asking” price was $1,094,200 with the average sold price for El Segundo homes that closed at $1,036,500 meaning that homes generally sold well below the asking price.

The average sales price was about 100K lower than in November.

The average price per foot for sold homes was $676. Homes averaged 40 days on market before going into pending status.
