The real estate market in El Segundo was solid with prices up from the prior month, but home sales down.

The average asking price was $1,704,833 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,649,583 which was a big jump from the unusually low $1,296,643 average in July. The fact that homes sold well below list price, on average, definitely indicates a cooling market.
