Just east of El Segundo is a great neighborhood known as Hollyglen. This and it’s partner to the north, Del Aire, sit in an unincorporated part of Los Angeles with a Hawthorne mailing address. While the name Hawthorne doesn’t always come with visions of charming neighborhoods, this little town is very different. The areas west of the 405 have a great look and feel and the award winning Wiseburn School District with the latest addtion of it’s own high school, has transformed this secret area into the high demand real estate similar to the other nearby cities.
