Welcome to the real estate market recap for El Segundo home sales in February
There were 10 homes sold in February compared to only 3 homes that sold in January so it was a nice uptick for sure.
The average “asking” price was $1,699,100 with the average sold price at $1,697,000 which was a big drop from the HUGE $2,750,000 in January, but that was not the norm.
$939 was the average price per square foot. Homes that sold were on the market for 79 days (DOM) before going into escrow.
