Welcome to the El Segundo Real Estate Market Update for June
2024
June 2024 was a bit of a slow down and let down after after the two very impressive months of April and May in terms of the number of homes that sold. There were 4 homes in El Segundo that closed escrow compared to 10 in May.
The average “list” price for the homes that sold was $1,752,250 with the average sales price at $1,756,250 which was also down from May’s average price of $1,914,800.
$802 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged 30 days on market before going into escrow. Of the 4 homes that sold 2 were single family home, 1 condo and 1 townhome.

The home was located directly across from Center Street School so given the somewhat challenging location this is a very impressive number.
