typical but a bit slower for the actual number of closed sales with only 7 home, condo and townhome sales closing in October 2021. The average “list” price of the homes that closed escrow during the month was $1,167,357 with the average “sold” price at $1,170,857 meaning that homes generally sold higher than the asking price. Average days on market was a very short 32 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $885. The home was located directly across from Center Street School so given the somewhat challenging location this is a very impressive number.
